This JV club is for EVERYONE; authors, speakers, entrepreneurs, marketers, service professionals - anyone who wants clients or more exposure or, more profits.

This JV club will become a community to find companies willing to market with you.  In fact, we’ve just recently been called “eHarmony for Business” by Lyna Farkas, radio co-host of All Talk Radio.

We are taking it one step further and creating a community feel to build a strong foundation of exceptional members and assist our entrepreneurs to build ethical relationships quickly with each other, as good relationships, are the foundation of any great Joint Venture.

We predict this will become one of the largest business clubs world-wide.  It is a global community, and will grow each and every month.  There are no limits to who needs this service.  This will be huge.  When you become part of it now and get in on ground level, you can take advantage of the reduced charter membership rate as well begin to build strong relationships with the founding members.

We want you to have a truly unique and powerful club experience with us, therefore, we are ensuring a quality experience through three primary contributing factors:

1. This company has started with a solid base of really great, caring, respected and ethical individuals, and we are strategically marketing the membership through those individuals. ‘Word-of-Mouth’ Advertising and our experienced connections will become a determining factor in the quality of members within the club.
    
2. Another way we are ensuring quality membership is through our price point.  While we are not out of reach for most individuals we are not so low that people will join and not participate or use their membership.  While allowing just anyone to join and playing a ‘numbers game’, or simply looking out for company profits may be the agenda for other corporations, we at The Private JV Club take pride in the quality of our members, our service and our client experience.  We believe that by focusing on ‘quality over quantity’, we will in fact grow strong as a corporation but we will do so in a much more beneficial way for our community.
    
3. We are actively encouraging our members to gain more knowledge, have more fun while doing so and to connect with each other.  We have created many ways for our members to meet, mingle and display their own expertise, products and services.  We have created a learning center that will grow each month to encourage higher knowledge in how to successfully create joint ventures. We have created a rating system where members can actively rate each member or their joint venture advertisements and provide feedback (the feedback feature will of course be moderated). This was created to encourage everyone to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner so that each member can become aware of how their AD or their own business manner, comes across to others.   They can visit the Learning Center and brush up on joint ventures a bit more to get their rating up and to become even better and make more money on the next deal.  With this accountability factor you know exactly the quality of people you will be working with.
   Members are rated similarly to sellers rated on E-Bay.
    

How It Works

When you decide to become a member… you will begin to fill out your own profile.  You can decide what you want as ‘private information’ (such as keep this phone number on your file, but do not show other members) and what information you would like to be public for other members to see.   You get to choose what JV Opportunities you want, and are searching for, as well as what opportunities you want to offer others today or tomorrow. You can edit your profile at any time and even change it daily if you desire.

You can then create Ads that explain what you are searching for or what you are offering others (this is fully explained in the Learning Center).  This actions sets off a reaction as it immediately goes into the computer and sends you matches, JV Marketing Partners or people offering services that you are looking for, right away.  It also sends new ones to you on the 1st and 15th of the month.  You can edit what you are looking for and what you are offering at any time.

For example, one month you might be looking to get booked as guest on a radio show and then when your schedule fills up you might decide to close that opportunity, however you are still searching for other marketing partners who share your target market and may want to co-create a seminar event with you, or perhaps do some cross promotion where you both keep 100% of your sales.

Here are some Examples of Joint Ventures that you as a Member Could Do:

• Agree to cross promote for zero or some commission
• Find places to advertise on member’s websites, newsletters, email campaigns etc.
• Offer an affiliate program for constant referrals
• Find people with whom to co-create new products
• Locate internet radio shows on which to be interviewed.
• Find other experts (members) you could interview on your teleclasses, podcasts or websites to gain publicity, content and leads.
• Find other experts (members) you could interview to create a CD product to sell with their permission.
• Offer a lead generating product for members to use for incentive marketing (free bonus when people buy their product). Example: free 7 day e-course or e-book or report.
• Offer a lead generating product for members to use for generating traffic to their booth at trade shows & expos (free bonus when stop by booth). Example autographed book.
• Look for entrepreneurs who can endorse your product or give you a testimonial for your product or write foreward in your book.
• Research, ask for critique/feedback on products, ideas, services etc.
• Trade Links exchange to increase traffic to your website.
• And so much more, we will reveal inside the club.

Detailed Profile – so members can search for and contact you, see what your target market is, what resources you are looking for and contact you if they want to do business with you.  Your user rating is displayed along with comments about you.  You can describe your business.  Members get free leads this way.

The Learning Center

• City Center – This where you learn how to get the most out of this club, how to use its many features to your advantage and how to navigate through the website.
• The Library – Post your own Articles, e-books and reports.
• JV School – Training Room (audio, video, documents, templates will be added each month) on the different ways you can arrange JV’s, their purpose, and how they can benefit you.  You will also receive articles on how to best use this site to your best advantage.  There will also be an area on what you need in order to participate in a JV with big names in this industry.  Free Training for members.  This knowledge puts you on par with experienced JV Partners.

Forums – A place for members to post questions to us and to each other.  A way to connect with other members.  This is a private area for members only.

JV Opportunities Room – This room is searchable and displays all current JV Opportunities that other members are offering.  These Opportunities can include free advertising on websites, free article posting, link exchanges, booking members for speaking events etc.  The more opportunities you take advantage of the more free exposure you get to targeted leads – all at no direct cost.

In your profile, there is an area where you can post what you are looking for as well.

Search Profiles – In this section you can search (and view all) members based on your target market or other specific requirements.

Member Meeting Room – Free area to meet and mingle live on the phone with global members.  Brainstorm, make deals, connect with others.  You can join a mingling party or a mastermind group.

Featured Member Trainings Room – Members can post their own Teleclass Interviews, podcasts or recordings for other members to access.  No limits, but all must be approved.  Members are able to sell their products here.  Also members can post articles, e-books or bonuses for other members and keep ALL leads.

Business Tools/Vendor Room – Resource Section, rolodex for Members to help build their business.   This is mostly gadgets, people and things we have researched and /or currently use either in my business or my clients use to help them build their business.  Members can submit possible products to list themselves as a resource if they are a service (approval basis).
