Your use of this site is governed by these rules and guidelines:

We invite our members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each member abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on.

Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

Terms of Use

1. Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
3. Do not upload any images that are in any way sexually explicit, vulgar or offensive.
4. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in ads and in the featured member training area. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the site or forums.
5. Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
6. Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.
7. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.
8. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others.
9. When you post content you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
10. We do not try to edit or to monitor messages, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may be permanently banned, or even have their subscriptions terminated.
11. Stefanie Hartman Enterprises Inc. in no way takes responsibility for the choices, actions or claims of any of the Members. Members are independent businesspeople and are in no way connected with or representative of Stefanie Hartman Enterprises Inc. You are encouraged to do your due diligence and insure that you take care of all legal business requirements.
12. Your membership cannot be transferred to other members.

Permission to Use

To use this site you agree to give us the right and full permission to post or profile your picture, name, user name, company info and information you write in your profile that is labeled “public”. By signing as a member you consent to that license of use even after you are no longer a member.

The Private JV Club is a service. Our intention is to give you access to other potential marketing partners, education and opinions on how to create joint ventures or strategic alliances. This is in no way a product. We do not claim or in no way guarantee that our information or that of our guest trainers or speakers or authors, suggestions, or this club and its services will work for everyone.

Our intention is to have thousands of member’s world-wide, to educate the public and our members on how to properly create valuable joint ventures for each other and thus by doing so increase our member’s traffic to websites, give them the opportunity to make money from the joint ventures they create, and grow their businesses. We cannot guarantee this will happen with your membership. Your success in this club depends on many outside factors that are not under our control and you understand this and in no way hold us liable for not achieving any desired results.

Our world-wide growth and membership count will grow with time, referrals and advertising. We cannot guarantee that at any particular time we have the exact members that are a match for you or that we reach the geographical areas you are looking for. We will do our best to keep the standards high and remove any possible troublesome individuals from the club. You agree to not hold us liable if you have a negative experience with another member, the club or your experience. You understand that you are responsible for your own choices and due diligence.

Registration

To use the Membership Service, You must submit a complete Private JVClub registration form, on Your behalf. As part of the registration process for the Service, You agree to: (1) provide certain limited information about You as prompted to do so by the Service (such information to be current, complete and accurate) and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. The information requested on original signup shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data"). If Stefanie Hartman Enterprises (SHE Inc.) discovers that any of Your Registration Data is inaccurate, incomplete or not current, SHE Inc. may terminate Your right to access and receive the Membership Service immediately upon notice. SHE Inc. will evaluate the registration application in good faith and will notify You in a timely manner regarding acceptance or rejection. SHE Inc. may reject a registration application if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the user is not an appropriate Member or user of the Service. SHE Inc. reserves the right to refuse the Service to any user who has canceled any number of previous Member Service accounts. SHE Inc. need not provide a reason for its rejection. If SHE Inc. rejects Your application, then You may reapply and SHE Inc. will reconsider the application. You may not register for this Service if You are under 18 years of age. By registering for this Membership Service You represent to SHE Inc., that You are 18 years of age or older. Upon acceptance of this agreement and completion of the registration process You will have opened an account with SHE Inc. and will become a Member to the Private JVClub.

You can always find the current Membership Fees and charges posted under ‘Become A Member’ on the Private JVClub Web site. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless terminated by SHE Inc. or until You notify SHE Inc. of Your decision to change Your membership renewal. If there are any annual, monthly or similar periodic fees for Your membership, these fees will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process for PrivateJVClub.com, or subsequently designated to SHE Inc. at the start of the Membership period and at the start of each renewal period, unless You terminate Your Membership before the relevant period begins. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with Your Membership for PrivateJVClub.com (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. SHE Inc. may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving You notice in advance. All fees and charges incurred in connection with Your user name and password will be billed to the credit card designated during the registration process for PrivateJVClub.com or subsequently designated to SHE Inc. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access PrivateJVClub.com through an Internet access provider or other third party service. YOU, AND NOT SHE Inc., ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. This Agreement is personal to You, and You may not assign Your rights or obligations to anyone.

Trial Offers, Coupons, Credits and Special Offers

SHE Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our discretion. Free Trial terms vary by promotional offer. At the end of the trial period you will be automatically subscribed and we will bill your credit card for the fees to the Service plan you selected at registration or to a default Service plan for trial subscribers selected by SHE Inc. If you wish to terminate the trial and do not wish to subscribe to a plan, you must cancel before the end of your trial period. Payment & Cancellation Policy for use of Site and Membership

1. Your access to the JV Club website is valid until you cancel your membership. The monthly membership fee is automatically charged to your credit card on file or withdrawn from your account, unless you give us written notice of cancellation no later than 5 days prior to the process date of your next monthly billing period. Charges to your account will occur on a 30 day rolling calendar cycle..
2. You will have access to this site until a cancellation request is confirmed. If you choose not to use this site, that is at you own discretion, but no extensions or holds may be put on your membership.
3. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us by e-mail at info@privatejvclub.com . We will respond immediately upon receiving your cancellation request with a confirmation receipt. If you cancel your membership and do not hear from us immediately by return e-mail, YOU MUST confirm that we have received your cancellation by requesting a confirmation.
4. Please note: you will NOT be refunded on monies already processed.  If you decide to cancel your membership, upon confirmation that we have received your email, we will cancel the next billing cycle and stop all payments immediately.
5. The nature of the JV Club is to create the space and opportunity for Joint Ventures, but it is up to the member to put in effort to see the reward, therefore if you do not spend the time to build relationships or contact anyone or use any of the services that is up to you and you will not be refunded because of it.
