There are loads of people out there with amazingly superb entrepreneurial skills - yet they are not doing as well as they had hoped or as well as they could. There may be several things getting in their way too much to do, not much local demand, unable to find the right niche of customers, or inadequate promotion strategies the list could go on and on. But the result is often the same the ambitious business project of yet another promising entrepreneur flounders and goes down the drain without a whimper.
It is absolutely vital that this does not happen to you. You might have a great business plan in your mind, but without the right action strategy it is simply paper. Hence, your primary goal should not be based only on the product or service you are selling, but just as much, on tapping the resources of the market. In fact, when you know what the market wants, and you successfully adapt your product to suit market needs and demand for it will be immediately recognized. Many solo entrepreneurs fail to reach out to the very people they want to sell to. Rule 1 - the very first thing to do is to listen to, and think about your customers needs what do they love, what are they struggling with, what do they want more of? All of these questions will help you design a product or service to that people will want.
But then, how do you tap into the market if you don't yet have a database full of customers?
This is where a joint venture can come to the rescue. Today, more and more business entrepreneurs are discovering the benefits of joint venture programs, where they are able to associate themselves with other people already in business, and strike mutually benefiting relationships. These are the relationships that can convert average incomes into the stellar incomes that budding businesses are seeking - all with finding the right partners.
So what do these joint venture collaborations do? Simply put, joint venture associations are groups of businesspeople each having different assets and skills in their own right, but also being able to make a learning contribution to the group or other member. Some might have a product, others may have a huge customer base, and some may have skills/services that you could add to your business and create a more expansive customer service package. All accomplished in a win-win situation for those involved. A JV community such as The Private Joint Venture Club (www.PrivateJVClub.com) is like a club of businesspeople, with a vast assortment of contributions to make. It is also a great place to tap into a trusted source of referrals and recommendations. You need a gardener? A web designer? Ask your JV community for referrals of who they trust.
